Green, green green...

Taking in
the last days of summer...
running...
through kneehigh grass
and being one with nature.
This is only a short post, because my library friend just called that everyone else who could possibly hold the weekly story time is sick, so I just take my (today seven) kids and jump in. I like that. There´s a certain beauty about being occupied with something that makes sense, other than doing laundry and wiping the kitchen floor, which I completly neglected this week. And if taking seven kids to the library to read to them (and lots of other children) doesn´t make sense, than I don´t know what does.
I´ll be back tonight and show you what else I did this week, there´s a tutorial to come to get you closer to christmas ;)
My music for today is Needtobreathe really do rock! And they´re even coming to Cologne next month! Wooo-hooo! Anyone there who wants to come with me?

I have to agree that the grass is beautiful. I tend to not see grass that long that is still green because it is cut, consumed by cattle, or it becomes dry and yellow because I live in a desert.
So the question I have is how did it get so long? What situation is it in to be allowed to grow that long?
